Key Responsibilities
• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Own the end-to-end hiring process across multiple markets, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Strategic Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute innovative hiring strategies to attract high-quality candidates for niche and high-demand roles.
• Graduate Assessment Days: Organise and manage graduate recruitment programs, ensuring a strong pipeline of emerging talent.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand hiring needs and provide expert recruitment advice.
• Employer Branding: Lead initiatives to enhance our employer brand and attract top-tier talent globally.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure an exceptional candidate journey through structured interviews, clear communication, and seamless onboarding.
• Market Insights & Data-Driven Hiring: Utilize recruitment data and industry trends to optimize hiring strategies.
What We’re Looking For
• 3-5 years of experience in internal talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple roles across different time zones.
• Strong global recruitment experience, with expertise in sourcing top talent.
• Advanced ATS & Sourcing Skills: Proficiency with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, Team Tailor and other sourcing tools.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse and refine recruitment strategies.
