Key Responsibilities
- Project Ownership – Own and deliver staffing projects within clients, including candidate delivery, people strategies, and value-added services.
- Client Engagement & Business Development – Build and maintain strong client relationships, identify new opportunities, and offer tailored recruitment solutions.
- Market Insights – Stay ahead of industry trends, providing clients with strategic guidance and valuable market knowledge.
- Troubleshooting – Proactively identify and resolve challenges, ensuring high client satisfaction.
- Thought Leadership – Represent Hydrogen Group as a subject matter expert through industry events, workshops, and publications.
- Team Leadership – Support, mentor, and motivate delivery teams assigned to your clients and projects.
- Culture & Collaboration – Foster a positive, driven, and high-performance work environment, supporting colleagues and investing in internal relationships.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of recruitment experience, within life sciences or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing the full recruitment lifecycle of staffing projects.
- Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to engage in high-level conversations and negotiations.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with a talent for building long-lasting client relationships.
- High-level sales skills with a consultative approach.
- Entrepreneurial mindset – self-driven, solutions-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to think strategically and offer value-added services.
- Passion for market insights, with a proactive approach to understanding client needs and industry trends.
