As you will be working the US market, you will be required to work in a way more suited to the difference in time zones.

Hours:

• US hours: Monday to Thursday (1pm-10pm) and Friday (11am-5pm)

What You'll Do:

• Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events, to identify and attract top talent for our clients.
• Recruitment Process Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from conducting interviews to negotiating offers and closing deals.
• Relationship Building: Build and nurture relationships with candidates to ensure a seamless recruitment experience for all parties involved.
