Are you a Marketing Executive looking to make a meaningful impact and hone your skills in design, brand and content strategy? This role offers an exceptional opportunity to join Hydrogen & Argyll Scott’s vibrant marketing team, where design, brand strategy, and thought leadership are at the core of what we do. You’ll support the business across multiple sectors, leading innovative marketing campaigns, generating leads, and building a powerful brand presence that resonates with both clients and candidates.

What are we looking for?

• Experience: 3+ years in design, digital marketing, content strategy, email marketing, social media management, and lead generation, ideally within the staffing and recruitment industry.
• Design Skills: Graphic design capabilities are essential, with experience in creating graphics, brochures, templates, and video editing. Experience with platforms such as Canva.
• Content Marketing: Experience writing thought-leadership content and creative social media copy.
• Attitude: A self-motivated, positive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys stepping outside of their comfort zone.

What’s involved?

• Devising and executing email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage candidates/clients.
  
  
• Developing creative and engaging content for various marketing channels, with a particular emphasis on blogs, social media, and email.
  
  
• Managing and curating content for different social media platforms, maintaining a consistent brand presence and track performance metrics.
  
  
• Analysing data and preparing reports to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  
  
• Staying up-to-date with the latest email marketing, content, and social media trends and implementing innovative strategies.

• Salary - £35,000
• Bonus - 10%; bi-annual
