Sales isn't easy, layer into that the complexities of a true total staffing provider, you are going to have your work cut out for you. However, we are firm believers in "nothing worth having comes by easy" and will give you all of the direct support, training and solutions you need to do a fantastic job.
Who are we looking for?
We are on the hunt for an experienced recruitment sales professional who's knowledge covers:
- In-depth understanding of the recruitment market and is able to lead & educate clients & internal stakeholders to secure new sales opportunities with mid & senior level decision makers.
- Has led and won sales opportunities within a 180 sales models. (note; if you have a traditional 360 background, you would need to be leaning more towards the BD side for a career within our Client Solutions Team, if you prefer the candidate side, take a look at our Client Partner opportunities here)
- Understanding of available innovative service lines to sell.
What’s in it for you?
- Salary - £70,000 - £85,000 (DOE)

Bonus - 10% - 35% (Tiered, Uncapped, No Threshold)

Note; depending on location/diaries/circumstances, all of our stages can be done either remotely or from our London office!
